    Overview 

    Casa Pura Vida Sunsets is a completely remodeled luxury 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom + mezzanine home nestled inside the prestigious Reserva Conchal Gated Community which encompasses a 98- acre national wildlife refuge with a broad range of ecosystems, including tropical dry forest, an estuary and a mangrove swamp, and is located in the north west pacific Guanacaste province of Costa Rica.

    The Main Living Area

    This fully remodeled (in 2022) luxury condo is full of natural light from every angle with a fully equipped kitchen leading to a huge living area and oversized ocean view terrace, complete with outdoor dining set-up and a BBQ, you are sure to feel right at home.

    Bedrooms

    The Primary Bedroom features, a king bed, fully remodeled ensuite bathroom and sweeping ocean views from its Juliette balcony, and includes its own optional private entrance. It is located on the opposite side of the condo away from the other three bedrooms.

    The Second Primary Bedroom, features a king bed with a full ensuite bathroom and ocean views from its Juliette balcony.

    The Third Bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed with a private full bathroom and garden views. 


    The Fourth bedroom has a twin-size bed and ensuite full bathroom. 


    In addition to the (4) bedrooms, the condo also features a Mezzanine with 2 additional queen size beds.
